Google is managing everything, from their market success to employee satisfaction, via a proprietary prediction market platform. Having a campus culture helps the adoption of new methods of management, however the intelligence from prediction markets is key in selecting the right products going forward, avoid surprise in their development cycle and help the retention of employees. The quantification is inherently difficult as operating any other way seems impossible.
